Information we process

• Anonymous usage signals such as page path, language, country code, referrer domain, device class and calculator events. We do not intentionally store raw IP addresses, full referrer URLs or full browser user-agent strings in analytics.
• Account and authentication records when an administrator creates a user or a user signs in.
• Engineering inputs, calculation results and project revisions when you save a project, request a review, request a sample or submit an RFQ.
• Business contact information and supporting evidence that you choose to submit for supplier claims, requests or follow-up.
• AI prompts and operational metadata needed to provide and protect the AI assistant. Do not submit trade secrets or unnecessary personal data.

Why we use it

• Operate calculators, reports, project workspaces, AI assistance and supplier matching.
• Deliver, investigate and follow up engineering reviews, supplier claims, sample requests and RFQs.
• Measure anonymous product performance, prevent abuse and improve reliability.
• Maintain security, audit changes and comply with valid legal obligations.

Sharing and commercial neutrality

A commercial request is shared only with the platform operator, the supplier you selected, or another supplier you expressly authorize. Service providers such as Cloudflare may process data to host and protect the platform. We do not sell personal information.

Partner status is a commercial disclosure. It does not change engineering calculations, pass/fail results or natural engineering-match scores.

Retention and security

We retain records only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the requested service, maintain auditability, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Access is restricted by role; sensitive tokens are designed to be unguessable and server-side calculations are protected by integrity checks. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

• You may use core calculators without creating an account.
• You can opt out of first-party analytics on a device by setting the analytics opt-out preference.
• You may request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted by using the Contact page. Some records may be retained where required for security, disputes or legal compliance.

International processing and changes

The platform is globally accessible and uses distributed infrastructure, so data may be processed outside your country. We will update the effective date when this policy materially changes. Material changes will be presented where appropriate before a new commercial submission.
